Share knowledge regarding identity and identification of people.

Know the best practices in the region to guarantee civil registration in all territories and under all conditions.

Learn about the latest advances that technology and identification companies offer to the market, through the Technology Fair that, during the CLARCIEV Annual Meeting, shows global advances.

Train its members with regional experts and CLARCIEV partner organizations, to collectively contribute to eradicating under-registration, combating statelessness and guaranteeing a right, that of identity, under any conditions, based on the regulations applicable to each country.

Implement and operate Thematic Working Groups, to contribute with the experience, knowledge and advances of each of the countries that make up each technical group, in the solution of relevant issues in registration matters for the region.

Focus regional efforts to make use of technology and guarantee the right to identity of all people without procedural barriers or territorial borders being an obstacle.

Generate technical cooperation so that knowledge in specific subjects is exchanged between countries.

Organize panels and discussion forums on the topic of registration and identity law.

Meet once a year to make decisions within its General Assembly and define the actions that CLARCIEV will promote for the benefit of the region, with full respect for national sovereignty and the configurative freedom that each country has.
